Beyond customer service and sales, you will also be responsible for: the recruitment, selection and retention of store employees. Directing all store operations, such as inventory and employee scheduling. Ensuring the store is in adherence with Family Fare policies and brand standards.

The Value of the Family Fare Franchise

You will receive ongoing business support from Family Fare. We understand this may be the first time you will have responsibility for an entire business operation, or the first time you will make a business investment. As part of our commitment to you, you can place your trust in the experience and knowledge we’ve gained over our 80 plus year history and can rely on us to address any questions, problems, or concerns you may have.

Below are just some of the ways Family Fare will work in partnership with you as a Franchisee:

You will receive the support of a business consultant for ongoing assistance. We will help you with topics such as Customer Care, Regulated Product Sales Requirements, Merchandising, Safety and Security, Store Operations, Retail Administration, Vendor Relations and Marketing and Sales Execution.

Available to all Franchisees are companies that will assist in managing store accounting operations, including payroll tax withholdings, and income tax preparations and filing. Additionally, Family Fare will provide you with detailed, monthly sales and compensation reports to help you track your business.

Your store will be assigned a Family Fare Administrative Support Specialist to help you understand and prepare your store reports.

From point-of-purchase signage to special promotions, Family Fare provides communications and marketing materials to support your customer service and sales efforts.

Franchisee Requirements

Your focus as a Family Fare Franchisee will be to not only sell products but also provide the highest level of service and support to your customers. Family Fare Franchisees are energetic, bright, hard-working entrepreneurs dedicated to making their stores a success.

Beyond customer service and sales, you will also be responsible for:

  • The recruitment, selection, and retention of store employees.
  • Direction all store operations, such as inventory and employee scheduling.
  • Ensuring the store is in adherence with Family Fare policies and brand standards.

To Franchise with Family Fare:

  • Have U.S. citizenship (or permanent residency) and be at least 21 years old.
  • Pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Complete a Credit Check: No bankruptcy in your financial history.
  • Retail Experience
  • Language proficiency – Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to hire and train your own staff.
  • Not have any other business interests that, in the opinion of Family Fare, might jeopardize your opportunity to successfully manage the franchise.

Meeting these requirements does not mean you will be selected as a Franchisee.
